Editing for my double page spread

To make my photograph for the double page spread of 'Reckless' to appear more professional I decided to use photoshop. I changed the curves and levels so my model's skin appeared more brighter and so her clothing and hair became darker and more defined. I used the 'clone stamp tool' on the box which my model is sitting on to remove scratches and smudges. After taking this photograph I decided that there were too many shadows in the background; I used the 'clone stamp tool' yet again to make the background white as it makes my image resemble a photograph which would appear in a real magazine.
