Double page spread analysis

Representation- Florence has a confident pose and looks straight at the potential buyers. The short skirt to attract a male audience? It is questionable that she is wearing all black so she appears gothic, suggesting that her music could be of that genre. She looks like a stereotypical mainstream female singer, coming across as sexy and confident. Having 'USA' printed across the background to suggest that she has or is touring America. 'got the love' are lyrics from one of her songs but could also have the hidden meaning that Florance loves America and enjoys playing music there.

She is sitting on a flag that has red in which also matches her hair colour to symbolize danger? Because her favourite purchase is a tee shirt which has swearing in it people who weren't familiar with her songs could potentially see her as if she is trying to be rebellious and come across as a stereotypical 'rock chick'?

Primary audience: 16-24 year old men will be attracted to this page because of the singers physical appearance but fans of 'Florance and the machine' will take an interest as they like her music.

'Florance Welch' is blue to make it stand out among the other black text so her name is easily visible to readers so they instantly know who they are reading about.
