Q magazine

Representation: Cheryl Cole looks incredibly confident and would catch a potential buyers attention with her gaze. The use of red, which could symbolize both romance and danger looks as if it is to typically attract a male audience as the image has that sort of appeal to it: the red lipstick and wet hair, but the magazine will also attract Cheryl Cole fans.
The artist used for the front cover tells us that this magazine will be mainly mainstream music. The colour palette of this magazine is: white, red and black. The institutions label 'Q' is white on red so it is incredibly eye catching so the label of this magazine is obvious and easy to spot.
